Return & Refund Policy
We prioritize customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our products (live plants) and international shipping processes, the following Return & Refund Policy applies:
- Returns are not accepted; plants returned to Indonesia will be destroyed by Customs.
- Refunds apply only for completely damaged plants (leaves, stems, and roots). Leaf damage alone is considered a normal shipping risk and is non-refundable.
- Proof of damage requires an unboxing video and clear photos.
- Cancellations within 1x24 hours incur a 10% fee for export administration.
- Shipping issues (damage, delays, loss) are the customer’s responsibility to resolve with the transporter.
- Customers must ensure compliance with their country’s import regulations and obtain required permits.
- We assist in mediating with transporters but are not responsible for shipping issues.
- Any form of receiving costs in the destination country, such as import taxes, customs fees, or other charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer and not our responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any such costs incurred after the shipment of the goods.
